摘要
观察44例老年高血压性大脑半球出血患者和25例老年高血压患者的心率变异性。发现大脑半脑出血后,心率变异的时域、频域和混沌特征的各项指标均有下降,但仅右侧半球出血与高血压对照组比较有显著差异,提示双侧半球对心脏活动的影响有所不同。
The present study was performed to detemine effect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage on heart rate varibilty .Time domain ,Power spectrum and chaos analysis of the varibility in 512 consecutive electrocardiographic RR intervals was performed in 23 patients with left-hemisphere and 21 patients with right-hemisphere hypertensive hemorrhage .Data were compared with 25age-and sex-matched control patients with hypertension .Results indicated that all indices of heart rate variability were reduced after hemorrhage ,but significant difference in heart rate Variability was only seen between patients with right hemorrhage and control patients ,no significant difference was seen between patients with left hemorrhage and control patients .The resilts suggested that heart rate variability was affected by right hypertensive hemisphere hemorrhage,and two cerebral hemispheres have different influenceon on cardiac activity.
