摘要
本文报道３例慢性酒精中毒性脊髓病患者。血清维生素Ｂ１２、叶酸水平正常；肝脏超声，肝功能检查正常；头颅ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ示小脑皮质萎缩２例，体感诱发电位异常３例；血清丙酮酸升高２例。主要表现为脊髓传导束性感觉、运动障碍。对本病的病因，发病机理。
Three cases of chronic alcoholic myelopathy (CANP)were reported The serm level of VitB12,folic acid and liver function, ultrusongraphy were found normal in all 3 cases;and the serum pyruvic acid wasabnormal in 2cases .Tweo Cases showed cerebellum cortex alrophy in the CTMRI exams ;and 3 cases showed abnormal SEP.Chief manifestations were the impairment of sensation and conductic tract of spinal cord .The mechanism clincal feature and treatment were discused .
