黄芩茎叶黄酮类的高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

STUDY ON THE FINGERPRINT OF TOTAL FLAVONOIDS FROM STEMS AND LEAVES OF SCUTELLARIA BAICALENSIS GEORGI BY HPLC

目的:建立黄芩茎叶黄酮类化合物的指纹图谱。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。结果:获得了黄芩茎叶HPLC指纹图谱。结论:指纹图谱可用于控制黄芩茎叶的内在质量。

Objective：To establish the fingerprint of total flavonoids from stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Methods： RP-HPLC was used. Results： The HPLC fingerprint of total flavonoids from stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was obtained. Conclusions： The fingerprint of total flavonoids from stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi may have practiced value for the quality control of samples of stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.
