研究并检测汽车起动性能的意义,分析目前对汽车起动性能评价的方法,及相关国家标准和行业标准对汽车起动性能的要求,提出评价汽车起动性能的新方法———用量化的指标客观评价,并对设计中所涉及的评价参数、评价标准作细致研究,建立一整套完善的评价体系。

The significance of the measuring ＆ testing for motor vehicle starting ability is studied, and a new means to make an estimate of starting ability is brought forward based on analyzing the old means used to estimate at present, referring to the national standard and the trade standard on demand to the starting ability, the new means is to use some quantified indexes to impersonality estimate the starting ability, the estimate parameters and indexes are painstakingly studied, further, a complete set of perfect estimate system is set up.
