摘要
油罐自动计量技术是人们非常关注的课题,特别是沉降罐的油水界面测量一直是工业过程测量领域的一个难题。由于沉降罐中乳化层的存在,给普通测量方法带来较大误差,而伺服式液位计精确度高、重复性好、稳定性高,且工作可靠、操作简单、易于维护,与微机联网后,还可进行远距离监控,能全面提高设备的自动化水平和生产效率,值得大力推广。
The oil tank auto -measuring technique is a topic that involves amount of people's attention. Especially measuring the interface between oil and water in the sedimentation tank is always a difficulty in the metrical realm in industry. Because of the existence of the emulsible layer in the sedimentation tank, the common metrical method often brings many errors. On the other hand, the servo liquid meter, of high accuracy and stability, can be used repeatedly, operated simply, maintained easily and thus, can work credibly. Moreover, it can be connected with a computer for remote control. As a result, the servo liquid meter can thoroughly raise the productivity as well as the automation level of the equipments. So it deserves to be generalized with efforts.
