摘要 介绍新型涡轮分级设备,其主轴采用两端两点支承且其组件采用整体吊装方式安装和拆卸;采用独特的下支承定位固定方式;通过密封叶轮提供的气密封,防止气流“短路”,提高分级效率;独特的叶片组件结构提高了叶片和转笼的刚度,很好地解决超细粉体加工过程分级的瓶颈问题。 This article introduces a new type turbine classifier. The chief shaft is supported with two fulcrum bearings at both the two ends as well as its component is entirely assembled and dismounted; a unique method is also devised to allocate and fix the lower fulcrum bearing; with airproof impeller, " short circuit" of airflow is avoided as it can influence the classification efficiency; furthermore, a unique impeller component increases the rigidity of impellers and tumbler. The bottle problem of classification existing in super- fine powder process is solved.
