摘要
为考察循环流化床煤燃烧/热解多联供工艺中循环热灰的密相输送特性,在实验室建立的密相气力输送装置上分别考察了发料罐内的压力、总松动气量以及特殊位置处的松动气量等对输送固气比的影响。结果表明,在发料罐内压力一定的情况下.固气比随着总松动气量的增加而增大;发料罐内压力的增加也有利于固气比的增大;在发料罐内的压力及总松动气量一定的情况下,随着特殊位置1处松动气量的增加,固气比也随之增大。该密相气力输送方式基本可以满足CFB煤燃烧/热解多联供工艺的要求。
In order to study the dense-phase pneumatic conveying characteristic of the circulating ash in the co-generation technology of CFB combustion combined with coal pyrolysis,the effect of factors such as pressure in the charge vessel,total aeration and the aeration of the special location on the mass flux ratio of solid to gas are inves- tigated.The diameter of the dense-phase pneumatic pipe is 100 mm. The results show that when the pressure in the charge vessel is con- stant,the mass flux ratio of solid to gas is increased with the total aeration increasing.The increase of the pressure in the charge vessel is advantageous to the ratio of solid to gas increasing.And when the pressure in the charge vessel and the total aeration kept constant, the ratio of solid to gas is increased with the aeration of the special location 1 increasing.The dense-phase pneumatic type can suit the co-generation technology of CFB combustion combined with coal py- rolysis basically.
