摘要
以丙二腈、甲醇、单氰氨等为主要原料合成了2-氯-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶,采用三氯化磷法代替传统的制备氯化氢的方法,既不造成污染,且可通过生成副产品亚磷酸来提高生产效益。同时考察了合成过程中pH值对反应的影响,确定了pH值控制在5.8~6.2比较适宜。最终制得该产品的总收率为69.9%。
The 2-chloro-4,6-dimethoxypyrimidine is synthesized using malononitrile,methanol,aqueous cyanamide etc as main raw materials,It introduced an unpolluted method in preparing hydrogen chloride to replace the traditional ones;it also could increase the profit by yield a by-product of orthophosphorous acid.Meanwhile, the effects of pH value on the reactions are investigated,and the suitable pH value is 5.8~6.2.Finally,the total rate of this com- pound is 71.3%.
