分析了山西兆光发电有限责任公司300 MW机组电液调节系统(EH)伺服阀频繁损坏以及AST油压力瞬间下降的原因。通过分析和查找,初期油系统循环不充分、抗燃油局部温度高是EH油系统出现异常的主要原因。经过采取换油、滤油、降温等一系列措施,问题得到了解决处理,确保了机组的安全稳定运行。

It analysed cause of servo-valve flequently dumage of 300 MW unit EH system and AST oil-pressure decrease instantly. Through analyse and Looking for it findsout that is because of the in insufficient burnning of primary oil ciircu lating and too high of local tempercatue of anti-oil burning. The problam was solved through changing oil, filler oil and decrenge temperature so as to ensure salty and steably running of the units.
