浅谈“合理使用”原则在高校图书馆网络服务中的法律适用

我国《信息网络传播权保护条例》已于2006年5月10日由国务院正式通过、颁布,并于7月1日开始实施。该《条例》的实施,不仅会对我国的网络信息传播产生重大的影响,而且也给我国高校图书馆进行网络信息服务活动提供了重要的法律依据和法律保障。为更好地执行《条例》关于信息网络传播权的规定,本文拟就“合理使用”原则在高校图书馆网络服务中的法律适用问题做一些有益的探讨。
