摘要
介绍了汽车电动助力转向系统的基本结构和原理,以及MOTOROLA系列16位单片机的功能特点,给出了基于MC9S12DP256的电动助力转向系统电子控制单元(ECU)硬件电路的总体设计框架。重点介绍了助力电动机的H桥驱动电路的组成、H桥上、下侧桥臂的功率驱动电路以及上侧桥臂MOSFET功率管所需的蓄电池倍压电源电路的设计,对所设计的硬件系统进行了台架试验。
The constituents and its operational mechanism of electrical power assisted steering system, and the characteristics of 16-bit MCU from MOTOROLA are introduced in this paper, and the hardware framework of Electric Control Unit(ECU) for the Electrical Power Assisted Steering System based on the MC9S12DP256 is presented on the whole. Then the H-type power driving circuit for the direct current motor, the driving circuit for both the high side and low side MOSFET, the circuit to double the voltage of the storage battery are discussed in detail, The experiment on the system is introduced, and the result of experiment proved that the design of the circuit is correct.
