元宝山区水资源承载能力综合评价与分析

Comprehensive Evaluation and Analysis of the Water Resources Carrying Capacity in Yuanbaoshan Area

采用模糊综合评判方法,对现状年内蒙古赤峰市元宝山区水资源承栽能力进行了综合评价分析,建立了评价的数学模型。结果表明,该区水资源开发利用已近于饱和容量,充分提高疏干水的利用效率,统筹规划合理调度水资源,是当地资源、经济、生态环境可持续协调发展的根本出路。评价分析规划水平年的水资源承载能力,并与现状年比较,对比结果表明,该区水资源承载能力可以提高。表4,参7。

Taking Yuanbaoshan area of inner mongolia as example,this paper sets up a current water resources evaluation model by applying the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model, The results showed that development of water resources in the area nearly reached the saturation capacity. Therefore, improved water use efficiency, rational plan and management are the fundamental way out for the sustainable development of resources, economy and environment in the area. Water resources carrying capacity of the programming year were assessed, and compared with the current year. The results showed that water resources carrying capacity of the area can be enhanced.
