苎麻针织天鹅绒生产工艺的探讨

重点介绍了以苎麻针织纱或高比例(含苎麻75%以上)苎麻混纺针织纱为主要原料生产针织天鹅绒的工艺流程。针对苎麻纤维韧性差、结晶度高等特点,对原料预处理、织造、染色及后整理等工序进行了工艺研究,为生产苎麻针织面料提供了一些较有参考价值的应用技术。

This paper mainly introduces the producing technological process of velvet fabric using pure ramie knitting yarn or the blended knitting yarn with high percentage of ramie fiber (more than 75%) as main raw materials. In view of the bad toughness and high crystallinity of ramie fiber, this paper studies the pre-treatment of raw material, knitting process, dyeing and post treatment, which provides a valuable reference for production of ramie knitted fabric.
