摘要
阐述了用于手套编织机的动态图形液晶显示模拟系统的硬件设计原理和软件设计思路与算法。实际应用表明,采用动态图形液晶显示模拟系统可以使用户清楚准确地从图形和数据两个方面实时了解手套的编织进程,并对各参数进行及时修改,同时可以详尽地提示用户进行各项操作,从而大大降低了用户的操作难度,显著提高了工作效率。
This paper introduces the hardware design principle, software design idea and the concrete arithmetic of the dynamic figure simulating system using the liquid crystal display for the glove knitting machine. The actual application shows that the dynamic figure simulating system using the liquid crystal display can make the users clearly and exactly get real time information about the knitting progression from both figures and data, thus modify the control parameters, and the system can instruct the users to do all the operations, thus greatly decreasing the operating difficulty and increasing the work efficiency.
