紫薇和紫荆及樱花的光合特性研究 被引量:19

摘要 明确各园林植物的光合特性有利于充分发挥植物群落立地的生态效益,为科学配置植物提供依据.以3年生紫薇(Lagerstroemia indica L.)、紫荆(Cercis chinensis Bunge)和樱花(Prunus serruiata Lindl)的健壮植株为材料,用LI-6400便携式光合作用测定系统研究其光合特性.结果表明:紫薇、紫荆和樱花的光饱和点分别为1 200,1 800,1 500μmol/(m2.s);光补偿点分别为100,130,128μmol/(m2.s);CO2饱和点分别为1 000,1 500,1 200μmol/mol;CO2补偿点分别为75,77,137μmol/mol.这说明紫薇、紫荆和樱花都属于阳性植物,在植物配置时必须处于群落的上层. Knowing photosynthetic characteristics of every kind of garden plant is good to exert ecological benefit in plant community and provide theoretic guidance for planting design. The LI-6400 Portable photosynthesis was used to study the photosynthetic characteristics in leaves of Lagerstroemia indica L., Cercis chinensis Bunge and Prunus serruiata Lindl. The result showed that the light saturation point of Lagerstroemia indica L., Cercis chinensis Bunge and Prunus serruiata Lindl was 1 200, 1 800, 1 500 μmol/(m^2·s), the light compensation point of Lagerstroemia indica L., Cercis chinensis Bunge and Prunus serruiata Lindl was 100, 130, 128μmol/(m^2·s), the CO2 saturation point of Lagerstroemia indica L., Cercis chinensis Bunge and Prunus serruiata Lindl was 1 000, 1 500, 1 200 μmol/(m^2·s) and the CO2 compensation point of Lagerstroemia indica L. , Cercis chinensis Bunge and Prunus serruiata Lindl was 75, 77, 137 μmol/mol respectively.
