摘要
以大蜡螟低龄幼虫为繁殖寄主,对蜡螟绒茧蜂的有关生物学特性进行了研究.结果表明,该蜂的发育起点温度和有效积温分别为11.79℃和338.5日度.22,25,30和32.5℃恒温下的平均世代历期分别为29.36,21.41,16.88和19.94 d.蜡螟绒茧蜂在35℃条件下不能完成发育,全世代发育的最适温度为25~30℃.
Apanteles galleriae Wilkinson can parasitize in the young larvae of Galleria mellonela Linne and Achroia grisella Fabr.. The biological characteristics of Apanteles galleriae Wilkinson were studied with the young larvae of Galleria mellonela as its host. The result showed that thermal threshold and thermal sum are 11.79 ℃ and 338.5 degrees respectively. The mean generation times at 22, 25, 30 and 32.5 ℃ were 29.36, 21.41, 16.88 and 19.94 d respectively. It can not reach a complete development at 35 ℃, but the best temperature for whole generation development is 25-30 ℃.
