摘要
采用Fenton试剂氧化-混凝-活性炭吸附联合工艺处理酚醛废水,考察了废水初始pH,H2O2投加量,[Fe2+]/[H2O2],反应时间和温度及混凝液pH,混凝剂质量浓度,吸附剂质量和吸附时间对处理过程的影响,探讨了废水的降解途径和机理.结果表明,在体系初始pH4,温度40℃,H2O2投加量800 mg/L,[Fe2+]/[H2O2]=0.1,反应时间60 min,混凝液pH为8及混凝剂质量浓度为500 mg/L,吸附剂用量30 g,吸附时间60 min的条件下,废水的COD去除率为97.85%,挥发酚去除率为99.75%,甲醛去除率为99.81%,可为后续的生物处理提供良好的前提.
Treatment of wastewater containing phenol and formaldehyde has been carried out by Fenton oxidationcoagulation-absorbent process. The effects of initial pH on wastewater, H2O2 doses, [Fe^2+]/[H2O2], reaction time, temperature, pH and mass concentration for coagulation, absorbent dose and time were investigated. The optimistic conditions are determined. 97.85% of COD, 99.75% of phenol and 99.81% of formaldehyde removal were achieved at pH4, [H2O2]=800 mg/L, [Fe^2+]/[ H2O2]=0.1, T=40℃ ,t=60 rain, pH and mass concentration for coagulation were 8 and 500 mg/L, absorbent dose and time were 30 g and 60 min, providing the good premise for the following biological treatment to remove.
