摘要 为了制备β-1,3-葡聚糖酶,从土样中筛选出一株产β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活力较高的菌株LE02,经形态学观察,初步鉴定为木霉菌.木霉LE02在以2%的酵母粉为主的液体产酶培养基(起始pH 7.0)中,于32℃,150 r/min摇瓶培养60 h达到产酶高峰,酶活力可达71.09 U/mL. To obtained β-1,3-glucanase, a strain LE02 with high 13-1,3-glucanase activity isolated from the soil was identified as Trichoderma. The maximal activity of β-1,3-glucanase was obtained when incubated at 32℃, 150 r/min for 60 h in a liquid medium(initial pH7.0), containing 2% yeast power mainly. The maximal activity of β-1,3-glucanase was 71.09 U/mL.
