和龙膨润土的毒性试验及在黄牛上的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 阐明和龙膨润土的毒性和饲养效果,进行急性毒性试验结果LD50>20g/kg,说明属实际无毒类物质;小白鼠精子畸形试验表明,1.0%、3.0%添加组精子畸形率呈阴性(P>0.05),5.0%添加组呈阳性(P<0.01);黄牛基础日粮中添加1.0%、3.0%、5.0%膨润土饲喂后,试验组日增重分别比对照组提高了26.15%、47.69%、13.85%,差异显著(P<0.05);CP消化率分别比对照组提高了7.71%、8.58%、6.77%;CF消化率分别提高了9.33%、13.71%、7.23%,差异显著(P<0.05)。 Cavies were used in toxicology experiment and yellow calves in daily gain and digestibility experiment.It belongs to unpoisonous materials evidented in acute toxicity experiment(LD50>20g/kg).Bentonite content in basic ration 1.0% 、2.0% 、3.0%: The pathological variance in the tissue was not found and the rate of sperms malformation was negative (P>0.05).Bentonite content in basic ration 5.0%:Granular variance of tissue was found and the rate of sperms malformation was positive(P<0.01).Both daily gain and digestibility of CF and CP of test cavles were significant (P<0.05).The safety and effectiveness of daily gain of feeding Bentonite to animals is evidently.
