摘要 介绍了常用刹车系统摩擦复材组成之分类与特性,分析了摩擦复材未来技术的发展趋势。指出摩擦复材已由早期有机石棉系材料升级发展到有机非石棉系材料和无机金属基材料,而金属基摩擦复材在强度、耐温和耐磨耗性能上远优于有机高分子基摩擦复材,为摩擦复材的未来发展趋势。同时强调对摩擦复材之研发,必须配备完整之检测和试验系统。 In this paper, the classification and characteristic of rubbing composites formation in conventioal brake system was introduced, the development trends of future technology of rubbing composites was analysed. Pointed to rubbing composites from the early stage, organic asbestos series materials go up development to organic non-asbestos materials and inorganic monmetal basic materials, but the metal basic rubbing composites is far better than organic mecroniolecule basic rubbing composite in the strengts, resistance to temperture, resistance to wear, that is development trends of rubbing composites in the future. At the same time, must stress that provides complete determine and test system.
