延边地区梨木虱的发生及药剂防治

为解决梨木虱的有效防治技术，于１９９４～１９９５年进行了本项试验．经生活史观察和药剂防治试验结果表明，梨木虱最有效的防治时期为越冬态成虫产卵前，即延边地区为４月５日之前，其次是第一代印刚孵化而大量分泌粘液之前（５月中旬）．梨木虱防治效果，以４０％水胺硫磷乳剂１０００倍液、木虱净乳剂１５００倍液和２０％螨克乳剂１０００倍液较好，室内药效试验和田间防效试验，分别达９５％以上和７５％以上的防治效果，经ＳＳＲ测验与其它几种农药防治效果差异达极显著水平．

After the life history observing and Chemical controlling experiment,wemay conclude that the best period of controlling pear sucker is the time before oviposition of overwintering adult, better period is first-generate egghatching time and before mass secreting mucus. There are several good liquidsuch as 40% Isocalbophos EC 1000-fold emulsion, Mushijing 1500-fold emulsion,Thioquinox 1000-fold emulsion.The effeCt get to 95% in room pharmaeodynamicsand 75% in field control experiment.The difference between 3 mentioned and otherpesticides are significant.
