The basic principle of transformer DC resistance test and decision standard of test conclusion are briefly introduced in this paper. Some factor that influence measurement accuracy of transformer DC resistance are analyzed,and through example,the conditions of transformer DC resistance unbalance caused by tapping switch factor is analyzed,At the same time,the method of analysis and treatment according to different situation are introduced. This provides reference to transformer DC resistance test.
