摘要
介绍了硫磺制酸装置高温气体管道应力的特点及膨胀节的选型。焚硫转化工序的气体管道主要采用大拉杆横向型、铰链型及无约束轴向型等膨胀节来解决管道应力问题。以某400 kt/a硫磺制酸装置为例,分析了高温气体管道膨胀节的设置问题。用CAESARⅡ软件计算并结合装置实际运行经验对管道进行详细的应力分析可节省投资,保证整套装置长期稳定运行。
The stress features of high-temperature gas pipes in sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plants and selection of expansion joint are described. Expansion joints of long rod transverse type, hinge type and unconstrained axial type are used to solve the problems with pipe stress in sulphur-burning and conversion sections. Taking a 400 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant as example, the installation of expansion joints in high-temperature gas pipes is analyzed. Stress analysis carried out by CAESAR Ⅱ software in combination with actual operating experience of plants can reduce investment and ensure stable operation of plants for a long time.
