摘要
介绍国内外高温浓硫酸液下泵的支撑结构特点和JHB型泵的结构,探讨泵的设计实践,如转速的确定、叶轮和压水室的水力设计、全扬程泵及导轴承的设计。大型JHB型高温浓硫酸液下泵已应用于400-800 kt/a硫磺制酸装置和300-700 kt/a冶炼烟气制酸装置中,运行稳定,安全可靠,满足了大型硫酸装置生产需要。
The features of support structure of domestic and foreign high-temperature concentrated sulphuric acid submerged pumps and the structure of JHB pump are described. The pump design including determination of rotating speed, hydraulic design of impeller and volute and design of full lift pump and guide bearing are discussed. The large-sized JHB high-temperature concentrated sulphuric acid submerged pumps have been used in 400 - 800 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plants and 300 - 700 kt/a metallurgical acid plants, which are operating smoothly, safely and reliably, meeting the production needs of the large-scale plants.
