摘要
对贮藏2年、1年和当年收获的结缕草种子通过不同NaOH处理浓度和处理时间组合的研究结果表明:结缕草种子随着贮藏时间的增加,可部分解除休眠,随着贮藏时间的增加,打破休眠获得高发芽率所需NaOH的处理浓度和处理时间有所降低;在一定NaOH处理浓度和处理时间范围内,不同年份收获的结缕草种子的发芽率随着处理浓度和处理时间的增加而提高,30%的NaOH处理浓度,10~20分钟处理时间可推荐用于结缕草种子的工厂化处理;结缕草种子经NaOH溶液处理后,其发芽检验中的末次计数时间可从28天缩短为21天。
The breaking dormancy method was studied in Zoysiagrass seeds which were harvested in July 1993、1994 and 1995 by using 6 NaOH treating densities and 4 treating perieds.The results showed that percentage of the dormancy seed gradually decreased with increasing of storage years, but such decreasing within a narrow range. The NaOH treating densities and periods for breaking dormancy and getting high germination were lower and shorter in the longer storage seeds than in the shorter storage seeds. Seed germination increased with increasing of NaOH treating densities and periods within 5 ~ 50 % NaOH and 5 ~ 20 minutes for all three years harvested seeds. The optimum method for breaking dormancy in Zoysiagrass seeds would be 30% NaoH treating density and 10 ~ 20 minutes treating period. The last count time would be contracted from 28 days to 21 days in laboratory Zoysiagrass seed germination test by NaOH treatment.
