摘要
企业女性人力资源为企业的发展发挥了巨大的作用,但由于女性的生理特征,生育在一定程度上影响着女性人力资源的使用和水平的提升,对女性的知识和技能、体能和健康、心理特征、就业偏好等都造成一定的影响,因此社会、企业和女性自身应该采取措施提升企业女性人力资源水平,防止女性人力资源的退化。
Feminine human resource has played a huge role in enterprises, but as a result of the physiological characteristic, women's giving birth is in the certain degree affecting the use and upgrade of the resource, such as their knowledge and skill, their physical ability and fitness, their psychological characteristic, their preference for employment and so on. Therefore the society, the enterprises and women themselves should work together to prevent the human resources from retrograding.
