为实现“全面贯彻国家教育方针,大力推进素质教育,弘扬民族文化和民族精神”的人才战略目标,认真学习和贯彻党的十六届三中、四中全会以及《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》,深入了解我国目前高校艺术教育的现状,采用科学的发展观,进行深入分析,研讨我国高校艺术教育发展取向,提供科学的、客观的、可操作的建议和对策。

The article attempts to analyse some the extant questions in the artistic education domain of our country college at present. In order to suit our country university art develops needs for from now on, and how to form college art education that has characteristic artistic education of Chinese and has put folward some suggestions and countermeasure.
