试析高等院校艺术系(院)教学管理

A Micro Research in the Teaching Managemen of the Artistic Department in University

通过对高等院校艺术系(院)教学管理的基本内容、工作特征以及存在问题的分析,提出提高艺术系(院)教学管理必须转变传统观念,提高对艺术系(院)教学管理工作的认识;注重艺术教学管理人员队伍建设和综合素质培养;完善激励机制,建立科学、有效的具有特色艺术系(院)教学管理工作评价体系;发挥教学秘书在系(院)教学管理中的作用;加强艺术系(院)现代化教学管理手段的建设等措施。

On the basis of analy zing the primary contents, the traits and existing problems of the Artistic Department in leniversity, constructive suggestions are therefore proposed; traditional teaching concepts have to ke adjusted;a deeper understanding towards the teaching management of arts department should be strengthened; the comprehensive quality of the faculty in the Arots department needs to ke improved, and the encouraging machanism should ke optimized, etc.
