高校就业指导以人为本是一种基本理念,其重视人的主体地位,肯定人的价值和意义,主张以人为基础,以人为前提,以人为动力,以人为目的,对毕业生的合理需求的满足、毕业生的价值实现的要求、毕业生的全面发展愿望等给予系统全面的关怀,体现把毕业生作为就业指导的主体和中心,一切以毕业生为根本的人本主义思想。

The principle of ＂people-centred＂ applied to employment instruction in colleges and universities is an idea that pays special attention to man＇s subject status and affirms man＇s value.
