摘要
从六个方面阐述了如何做好流通服务工作,包括树立新的服务理念、提高个人的专业和业务素质、做好导读工作、认识流通工作的价值、建立完善的规章制度和创造良好的环境、建立长期有效的激励机制。
This paper intends to illustrate how to do well in service circulation from six facets, which includes setting up new service standards, improving individual professional quality, doing well in reading guidance, realizing the value of service circulation, establishing perfect regulations, and creating a favorable atmosphere and founding a long-term effective and incentive mechanism.
