碱减量是涤纶仿真丝织物染整加工中十分关键的工序,能赋予织物良好的柔软性和悬垂性。通过试验表明,使织物充分而均匀地退浆和起绉收缩,选择适当的前处理工艺路线和工艺条件,是获得理想的减量效果的前提。

Alkali deweighting, the key process of silk-like fabric from polyester fibre. can give satisfactory softability and drapability to fabric. Trials show that ideal deweighting effect, uniform desizing as well as favourable crepe and shrinkage can be obtained based on suitable pretreatment process and condition.
