新型聚丙烯β晶型成核剂的评价 被引量:9

The Evaluation of Novel β-Nucleating Agent of Polypropylene

摘要 针对现有成核剂的缺陷与不足,选取不同结构的有机化合物作为等规聚丙烯β晶型成核剂。采用广角X射线衍射分析(XRD)和偏光显微镜(PLM)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)几种手段对其改性聚丙烯的晶体结构、结晶形态及结晶行为进行了表征。结果表明,TY30是一种有效的β晶型成核剂,在其质量分数为0.5%时,β晶相对百分含量达76.78%;晶体表现为典型的β晶形态;与市售β晶型成核剂TMB-5相比,结晶温度提高不明显,但结晶度提高了6%。 Several organic compounds were evaluated as β-nucleating agent of polypropylene (PP). And the crystal structure, morphology and crystallization behavior of PP was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), polarized optical microscopy (PLM) and differential scanning caloimetry (DSC). The results showed that TY30 is a high-performance β-nucleating agent, the rela- tive content of the β-phase of PP with 0.5% TY30 is 76.78%; the crystal presents bundle-like morphology; and the crystallinity of PP/TY30 is higher than that of PP/TMB-5.
