钦南、钦北区冬种辣椒生产存在问题与发展对策

Existing Issues in Chilly Production in Winter and Development Countermeasures

钦南、钦北区发展冬种辣椒生产，进行南菜北运，已有十多年历史，种植面积不断增加，也取得了一定的经济效益。一般亩产值1000元～1500元，比种植水稻的效益高。本文针对目前生产中出现的主要问题，提出相应的发展对策，供椒农们参考。

Chilly production in winter and the transportation of chilly from the south to the north in the districts of Qinnan and Qinbei have had more than 10 years＇ history. With the increase of the planting area, the chilly production has resulted in certain social effect, which value is higher than that of paddy rice, valuing at 1000 yuan-1500 yuan/mu annually. However, there are some issues exisitng in the chilly production. Accordingly, some relevant development countermeasures are put forward for chilly planting farmers for reference in this paper.
