浅谈云南民间小吃的旅游开发

The Tourism Development of Yunnan Folk Snack

小吃，是民间饮食中的一朵奇葩，也是吸引旅游者的重要旅游资源之一。云南的民间小吃文化底蕴深厚、特色突出。但在旅游开发中仍存在着明显的问题和不足。对此，文章就促进云南民间小吃旅游开发的对策构想做出了一些初步的探讨。

Snack is the exotic flower of folk snack, which also is one of the most important tourism resources to attract tourists. Yunnan folk snack is of many characteristics and its cultural details are profound. However, there are some obvious problems and deficiencies in the tourism development. In order to solve this problem this paper discusses some countermeasures to promote the tourism development of Yunnan folk snack.
