摘要
外商独资旅行社已经进入我国的旅游市场,旅行社应积极的调整竞争战略。文章从我国旅行社的发展现状出发,用SWOT分析法分析了外商独资旅行社进入中国后,中国旅行社的优劣势,以及所面临的机遇和挑战,最后提出相应的对策。
The foreign travel agencies have entered tourism market in China, the Chinese travel agencies should adjustits competitive strategy actively. This article analyzes the present development condition of the Chinese travel agencies. Then analyzes the advantages, inferiorities, opportunities and threats after the entry of foreign travel agencies through the SWOT analysis, and puts forward some countermeasures.
