The rapid development of blog of IPE has developed IPE＇s working space and expanded IPE＇s coverage. Not only does it promote the new platform of IPE worker＇s professional development, but also it is advantageous to IPE worker who can promptly know the opinion of the people to strengthen the effectiveness of IPE.
