摘要
法律信仰的形成是主体对法律不断认识、理解、实践的自主选择过程。从这个道理讲,主体对法律的接触最初是从一定规则甚至是从某种习俗、习惯开始的,随着认知、接受而逐渐内化于心外化于行。基于这种认识,家庭教育中规则意识的培养为法律信仰的形成奠定了导向性的基础,但是,家庭教育中的失范性行为,对子女的法信仰的养成带来障碍,也终将不利于子女法信仰的树立。
The formation of belief in law is a process of autonomous choice in which a subject constantly understands and fulfills the law. From this perspective, it can be concluded that a subject's contact with the law begins from his foremost access to certain rules or even a particular convention or custom. Subsequently, with the increase in the understanding, the subject gradually accepts and internalizes his understanding and lives it out in daily practice. Based on the above understanding, it can be argued that the cultivation of rule consciousness in family education lays a foundation which directs the formation of children's belief in law. Inappropriate behavior in family education will, however, brings about obstacles hindering the formation of children's belief in law, which will prevent the ultimate formation of their belief in law.
