摘要
介绍采用2,4-二硝基苯肼-高效液相色谱法分析测定疏水性胶粘剂中醛类成分和含量的实验。先制取胶粘剂馏出物与2,4-二硝基苯肼反应生成衍生物,再进行萃取浓缩,然后用液相色谱作定量分析。本方法适用于分析醛类含量较低的疏水性胶粘剂中的醛类物质。
A test was made for determining various aldehydes and their respective contents in the hydrophobic adhesive by 2, 4-DNPH-HPLC method. First, distilled material from the adhesive was prepared and made to react with the DNPH to form dinitrophenylhydrazones. The sample was then extracted with organic solvent. The resulting organic extract was concentrated and analyzed by HPLC. This method applies for measuring aldehydes in hydrophobic adhesives with relatively low aldehydes content.
