To meet the needs of dynamic administration and modern metropolitan public security in the market economy, it is essential to adjust the components of policing strategies, and establish the highly efficiently operated and interlocked functional mechanism. Therefore, we must promote reform of police services and strive to construct the policing administration model close to the field work.
