The Legal Question Pondering over the Community Correcting

我国的社区矫正工作尚属起步阶段,各地在试点过程中创造了不少成功经验,但也存在一些问题,如立法滞后、制度不健全等。因此,加强理论研究和实践探索,促进社区矫正工作的法制化、科学化和规范化,显得尤为必要。

In our country, the community correcting work belongs to pilot stage . Some province and cities have created much successful experience in the pilot stage. But some problems to be solved exist ,such as legislate lag behind , system imperfect,etc. So strengthen theoretical research and practical exploration and promote the community correcting legalizing , scientific process and standardization of the work, seem particularly essential.
