摘要
最近,最高人民法院颁布了《关于审理未成年人刑事案件具体应用法律若干问题的解释》,这在司法实践中为更好地挽救未成年犯罪人提供了法律依据。但该解释颁布以来,也暴露出了一些问题,造成了司法机关办理未成年人刑事案件的困惑。
Recently, the Supreme People＇s Court has publicized Interpretations of the Supreme People＇s Court on Several Problems of Applying Laws in Coping with Criminal Cases of Young Persons, providing legal basis in judicial practice to better save young delinquents. Yet, some problems have arised since its publication, perplexing judicial organs in coping in with criminal cases of young persons.
