随着大众化高等教育时代的到来,高校之间的竞争日趋激烈,高校只有通过持续的绩效改进才能不断满足大学生的需求。根据平衡记分卡基本原理,文章分析了高校绩效的决定因素,并构建了以服务学生为导向的高校绩效改进框架。

Along with the arrival of popular higher education times,competition amonguniversities has been more and more intense day by day. It is required to meet students＇ satisfaction with constant performance improvement. According to the basic theory of balanced scorecard,this article analyzes the decisive factors of universities performance, and provides a performance improvement frame of universities whose goal is serving the students wholeheartedly.
