摘要
21世纪是信息化时代,信息化时代的到来必将加剧人才竞争。此文初步分析了人力资源的类型,探讨了人力资源流失的主要原因,并就如何加强信息化时代人力资源的管理提出了一些见解。
The 21st century is the time of knowledge economy, and the coming of which will intensify the competition of the brains. This paper made an analysis and classification of the human resources, discussing the major causes of brain drain. Based on this, some suggestions regarding the management strategies of human resources were put forward.
