摘要
采用四因素三水平正交多项式回归设计,研究了复频超声波的功率强度、温度、时间及盐酸浓度等处理条件对用于纯生啤酒过滤的微孔滤膜再生效果的影响,并建立了影响微孔滤膜再生效果的数学模型。
The regression design of the orthogonal multinomial of four factors and three levels was used in this experiment,the regeneration effect of microporous filter membrane in beer filtration treated by different conditions of the power of complex frequency ultrasonic wave,temperature,time and the concentration of HCl was studied,and its mathematical model which supplies theoretical basis for the practical production was set up.
