鸦胆子油乳膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发

Intravesical Instillation of Brucea Javanica Oil Emulsion for Preventing Postoperative Recurrence of Bladder Cancer

目的：探讨鸦胆子油乳膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发的疗效及安全性。方法：将膀胱癌术后患者62例随机分为鸦胆子油乳组32例乖丝裂霉素C组30例，分别接受鸦胆子油乳、丝裂霉素C治疗，随访18—36个月。结果：鸦胆子组32例中复发5例，复发率15．6％；丝裂霉素C组30例中复发11例，复发率36．7％，鸦胆子组优于丝裂霉素C组（P〈0．05），且副作用小（P〈0．05）。结论：鸦胆子油乳膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发有较好的疗效，且毒副作用小。

Objective：To investigate the effect of intravesical instillation of brucea javanica oil emulsion （BJOE） for preventing postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer. Methods：62 cases of bladder cancer were randomly divided into the BJOE group （32 cases） and the mitomycin C （MC） group （30 cases）. The BJOE group and the MC group were treated by brucea javanica oil emulsion and mitomycin C respectively. The recurrence and side effect were observed during the following 18～36 months. Results：The recurrence rate in the B JOE group was 15.6% with 5 cases recurred. The recurrence rate in the MC group was 36.7% with 11 cases recurred. The recurrence rate in the BJOE group was lower than that of the MC group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The side effect was also less （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Intravesical instillation of brucea javanica oil emulsion has good effect on preventing postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer with less side effect.
