摘要 目的了解门诊输液室护士的工作压力程度及来源,为护士减压提供依据。方法对东阳市4家医院73名门诊输液室护士采用自设问卷进行压力源及压力程度调查。结果护理工作操作技术要求高,工作量大,任务繁重,得不到社会与患者及医院的重视及认可,工作环境拥挤,噪音大,经常倒班,医院尚无对护士比较妥善的自我防护措施等方面为主要压力源。结论提出管理层重视、提高护理心理调控能力、合理调整科室人员配置、加强继续教育、社会支持等对策可减轻门诊输液室护士的压力程度。 Objective To understand the degree and sources of work pressure sources of nurses in the outpatient transfusion room to provide theoretical basis for reduction of their pressure. Methods 73 nurses from the outpatient transfusion rooms of 4 hospitals in Dongyang, were investigated about their work pressure sources with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The main sources of work pressure were comprised of requirement for higher technology in nursing, heavy workload, hard tasks, less attention from the society as well as the patients and doctors, crowded working surroundings, much noise, frequent shifts, lack of self-protective measures by the hospitals. Conclusion The pressure can be reduced by hospital administrators attaching importance, raising adjusting ability mentally, reasonably adjusting the assignment of personal, strengthening continuing education and social support.
