4例阴茎离断再植术患者的护理

Care of 4 Patients Undergoing Penile Replantation

回顾性分析阴茎离断后行再植术患者的护理经验。本组4例阴茎离断再植术患者术后2例再植阴茎完全成活,2例不成活。经术后5个月随访,再植成活的阴茎勃起功能恢复,无尿道狭窄表现,龟头部皮肤恢复部分感觉。体会到术后严密观察再植体的血液循环,及时发现并处理血管危象;有针对性地做好患者的心理护理,正确处理离断的组织,加强皮肤护理及用药护理,对阴茎再植成活及功能恢复具有重要意义。

The authors in the paper analyzed the nursing experience in caring patients with an amputated penis undergoing penile replantation restrospectively. 2 replanted penises grew well and 2 into necrosis in the 4 cases undergoing penile replantation. In 5- month fellow-up, regular miction, erectile capability and partly sensation were achieved. They believed that close observation of blood circulation in replanted part, timely finding and handling of vascular complications, pertinent mental care, proper handling of the amputated tissues, strengthening of skin nursing and medication were key to the success of penile replantation.
