摘要
Law environment is very important to decide whether the investment is successful or not, and is the key to guarantee the investors’ benefit. At present, Chinese enterpreters invest in Vietnam increasingly, but meet some problems in the course of doing that, so the investment can not gain an expected result. Therefore, a deep analyse and research to Vietnam’s law environment in investing, understanding Vietnam’s demand to foreign businessmans, is the premise and foundation to decide the investment and gain good investing result.
