摘要
Based on the Cross-cultural Communication, This paper analyzes 12 variables in business negotiation which exists in Chinese and Vietnamese. The research presents there are 4 similarities variables between Chinese and Vietnamese. And the major difference is the sense of time. So successful cross-cultural communication will be effected by the way of studying these similarities or differences.
