摘要
以香蕉为样品,通过对果品迟后光的研究表明,迟后光的强度与诸多因素有关。其中,体现香蕉成熟度情况的叶绿素含量是影响迟后光强度的主要内在因素。激发光照射时间,照射强度,照射面积及在暗室内存放的时间等因素对迟后光强度也会产生一定影响。在一定条件下,排除外界因素的影响迟后光强度可表征水果的成熟度、含糖量、内伤等情况。
The maturity data determined to the DLE (delay light emission)of banansas may be obtained, taken bananas as a sample in the experiment. Such factors as DLE exciting time, exciting intensity, area of illumination as well as storage time in the dark chamber greatly influenced DLE. In some condition, the intensity of DLE could give out the maturity standards of many fruit and vegetables.
